oh it’s a mascara guard. you place it over your eyes so that when you apply mascara you won’t get it on your eyelids or under your eyes. but for me the best thing about this is that there’s a small comb on the handle so you can remove the lumps out and even out your eyelashes. pretty neat ^__^
